Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our property. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-kept and visually appealing.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the grounds in top condition
- Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and appearance
- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Irrigate plants and grass as needed
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks
- Keep walkways and parking lots clean and free of debris
- Assist with landscape improvement projects
Experience:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Ability to operate power tools for landscaping purposes
- Familiarity with irrigation systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various groundskeeping tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized outdoor environment
